Thanks to all who came out to Greendependance. The next gathering in the park will be on Sunday, August 3rd. This will be our second Fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. We raised $3000 last time so come on out and lets do it again!

A daytime gathering at Woodley Park to benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles

Our Goal: $10,000
How it works? Friends and family of our community will sponsor us to dance at this event. For example, Pat's Mom will sponsor her to dance for five hours at $5 per hour for a total of $25. If Dad sponsors Pat as well for the same amount and hours she will have raised a total of $50 and must rock out for 4 straight hours to fulfill her promise to Mom and Dad.
ONLINE DONATIONS NOW ACCEPTED THROUGH PAYPAL

You will receive a receipt for your payment from pay pal (the vendor will appear as Category E Productions). We will provide a receipt from the Make-A-Wish Foundation for your tax-deductible donation after the fund raiser has completed. To donate in someone's name or to sponsor a dancer please enter their name in the note when confirming your donation.
DONATIONS ALSO ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT
Checks or money order should be made payable to Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Take all routes to the 405 north
exit Burbank Blvd - go Left (west)
Go to the first light - WOODLEY - go Right (north)
go 0.6 miles and turn Right into the SECOND DRIVEWAY

On Sunday January 20, I am participating in a dance-a-thon called Wishing Well @ Woodley Park to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for this worthwhile charity that has helped so many children. Please visit wishingwellwoodleypark.blogspot.com/ for full details on this event.
Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has given hope, strength and joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. From humble beginnings with one boy’s wish to be a police officer, Make-A-Wish Foundation has evolved into an organization that grants a child’s wish in the U.S. every 41 minutes. I know we all have good hearts and that we believe in helping worthwhile causes and that is why I am asking you to sponsor me for this event. Sponsors make a donation by check or online and I am committed to dance for the number of hours you choose. For example, if you sponsor me to dance for four hours at $5 per hour, that would be a $20 donation to Make-A-Wish. I will then dance for four straight hours to fulfill my commitment to you.
