Flame Effects Insurance?

Howdy,
Curious if anyone out there on the information superhighway knows of an insurance policy that covers propane-based fire sculptures in public spaces. I don't think COTUS covers this. We are going legit with the flame and need some back-up.
Any tips are appreciated. One-time or yearly policies welcome.
