I dont know a darn thing about fire dance / safety, but, I would like to learn.
It seems like there are a bunch of fire poi and fire hoop classes and groups in the Bay Area. Is there a place where I can learn to dance with hand torches...or a group that I can train with?
Perhaps you all train together? Please educate me :)

I've never seen a dance training group specifically orientated towards palm torches as a prop by themselves, rather they always seem to be an emphasis for things like belly dance or samba.
