FIRE ARTS FOR MONEY

topic posted Tue, January 15, 2008 - 10:00 AM by  Morrigan
Hello, I'm sorry if this is not relevant so please delete this post if it does not fit with the community's rules.

My questions:

how long did it take people to become established fire artists/troupes;

can you do it for a living (I don't mean £££, I mean enough to fill your stomach and van) ;

and is there any other advice you would give a budding artist?

thankyou!

    It never hurts to take it slow. Know the Safey, know your fuels, know your tools and know local rules. All this helps create a capable and responsible environment for the fire community.

    As for the money question, if ya wanna try and travel, call up some old friends in cities all over your nick of the world, and take that vacation you've always dreamed about, (probably detach from any, loans or any other finacial obligation if possible) Then, plot your course and google some local groups of any form of entertainment before hand , and let them know what your doing (or zen relocate and let the rhythm guide you). I think meeting a global community starts with meeting a local on as well. But really who am i to say, other than the world is transcendant, and if you listen... you can feel it.
